Groundforce Portugal was recognized by IATA as an Accredited School for Dangerous Cargo Training. This recognition, granted by IATA, allows Groundforce to develop training courses using the manuals and trainers qualified by this entity and that trainees will be able to develop their professional competences according to the IATA standards.

For Groundforce, this Accreditation is the basis for the acquisition and updating of its employees' competences, with special emphasis on the safety aspect, being one of the pillars for guaranteeing the service quality provided to customers.

As ground handler, and due to the good application of the principles contained in the ISAGO certification, Groundforce also incorporates specific requirements of ISAGO ORM-HS 5.8.1 - Dangerous Goods Training Program in the organization and execution of technical training and Dangerous Cargo actions, the which has contributed decisively to the recognition of Groundforce as an Accredited Dangerous Cargo School by IATA since 2007.

This Accreditation enables Groundforce to provide mandatory technical training for the exercise of the activity as well as to form third parties with the IATA guarantee, meaning an added value and a factor of prestige for the Company.
